What to expect?

This is a 9 week programme. It is aimed at improving movement habits at work to improve overall health and performance. The first appointment is to establish the baseline situation, after which the goals are determined and discussed. 

Appointments are scheduled once per week to discuss progress.

An important element to behaviour change is self-efficacy. This element is encouraged by providing an exercise programme and access to exercise videos.

In addition, it's encouraged to take part in a group exercise session once a week.

What to expect?

Many people suffer from stress and stress-related physical and psychological symptoms.

This 6 week programme will lay the foundation to make you stress resilient. It provides insights into what happens to your body during prolonged stress reactions.

Practical techniques are provided to manage stress in daily life.

Lastly it also provides access to a weekly 'Zen' sessions to promote behaviour and lifestyle change on a long-term basis.
